Brief Description:	extra inspection cover ring
I decided to add and extra inspection ring at the wing rib just above the trailing edge for access to the most inboard flap hinge. Although I have strengthened this hinge by adding doublers and it shouldn't wear out for a long time, it will have to get replaced at some point which would be impossible without access to the diagonal wire that attcahed to the hinge bolt.
