Back to work and trying to finish the access opening in the baggage floor. If the Pitot / AOA lines ever needed to be replaced it would be impossible to thread them through 7/16ths openings in the two bulkheads. To ensure access for maintenance I built a small access opening in the new floor. It is just large enough to be able to access the two lines. I cut the largest opening that would fit in the middle bay, fabricated the inset for the cover to attach to and a doubler. The photos do show the rivet lines very well, but there are two rows per AC 43-13. Next will be adding the nutplates, dimpling and deburring. After a quick coat of paint to match the other side I will rivet the floor back in place.
