Brief Description:	Service Bulletin 14-01-31
It is time to start the service bulletin 14-01-31 and modify the horizontal stabilizer. I built this several years ago and got everything ready for the modification. My friend Doug Jones is flying up to help me complete the SB. So not to waste time I got everything layed out and ready for the work. After reading through the plans I separated the doublers and cut the angle to size and prepped them for priming. After reading, and rereading, the SB; I am convinced this is relatively painless to complete. There are several rivets to drill out, but with time and patience we can get this down tomorrow.
