Worked on the HS tips. I am trying to get the gap between the end of the HS tip and the forward side of the elevator tips to have a gap of 1/4". Both tips need to be glassed on the end which will require a small amount of build up. I am guessing that build up will be 1/16" on each edge. That will take the gap down to 1/8" which is what Vans recommends.
