Brief Description:	Redo L elevator
I decide to rebuild the right elevator because the edge won't close. I could drill out 100+ rivets but I think that would weaken the structure. Also I have a couple of dings that I can get get rid of with the new skin. Mostly I want to replace the skin. The other parts aren't that expensive. I do need to take it apart enough to get the horn off.
