Brief Description:	Redo panels ahead of 7.5" extension, and join pane
The slurry used to join the first set of panels using peel ply incorrectly contained microballoons. We sanded of any residue and removed the peel ply with careful use of a heat gun. We mixed a new set of epoxy and hardner without microballons and laid it up. We also joined the 2 panels behind STA 0.
