Brief Description:	Stick Boot Rings and Flap System
I finished up the stick boot rings. They only need to be primed now. I also started working on the flaps actuation system. I drilled a safety-wire hole in the actuation motor shaft as suggested in a Vans AD and continued with the first few steps of the flap system prep, such as final fabrication and cutting of the center bushing.
