Brief Description:	Finished Right Elevator
I finished up riveting the right elevator using a hammer and chisel, and put blind rivets in the last trailing holes that a bucking tool wouldn't fit in. Sean helped me roll the leading edges, then drill and rivet them with blind rivets. Lastly I inserted the rod end bearings and tightened them.
