Brief Description:	Nearly Finished Right Elevator
I finished trimming the right elevator counterweight for now. It will need a little more adjusting later when the elevator is installed on the tail. I applied RTV sealant inside the elevator skins at the trailing edge of the stiffeners to minimize the chance of skin cracking due to vibration. I then riveted the right elevator skin to the skeleton except for six rivets on each side that are in the tightest spots of the end ribs. Lastly, I finished installing the counterweight in the elevator arm.
