Brief Description:	Right Elevator Skeleton Continued
I continued work on the right elevator skeleton. I deburred the edges and holes and dimpled the necessary holes in the spar and ribs. I also clecoed together and drilled the #12 E-714 counterweight holes (had to wait for Boelube to come in to do this).
