Brief Description:	Continued Work on Rudder
I continued work on the rudder skeleton and skins, including all the match-drilling, deburring and dimpling of the counterbalance rib, remaining skin holes, and the R-710 rudder brace as well as other skeleton parts. I also finished the R-918 rudder bottom attachment strips and drilled them out.
