Brief Description:	Left Wing - Tie Down Install, Begin Rear Spar
Primed the Left Tie down and spacer plates. Riveted spacer plates and nutplates to tie down. Installed them with the Bellcrank brackets to the Forward Spar. Trimmed the Rear Spar Reinforcement Fork and doubler plate. This came out nice. Cleaned all edges on the Rear Spar and all four reinforcement plates. Matched drilled all four reinfocement plates Final drilled top flange of the Rear Spar and dimpled in since access will be limited after installing the reinforcement plate.
