Brief Description:	Prep and Primed HS Skins
Prepped and primed both Horizontal Stabilizer skins AFTER dimpling. Used SEM62243 Gray EZ Coat ("Direct to Metal") on the inside of each skin. All the ribs and spars that were primed before dimpling, need to be touched up. Every dimple lost it's paint during dimpling.
