Brief Description:	Completed first section of Empennage
Completed first part of Section 6: Rear Spar Assembly Modified Rear Spar reinforcement plates per drawings/instructions. Primered all parts and final assembly of 411PP (A&B). Had to use -5 instead of -4 in 411PP assembly. Maybe the primer added enough thickness to make the -4 too short. Drilled it out cleanly and replaced, but didn't keep the parts tight. Drilled it out cleanly a second time. Riveted again. All 6 rivets passed diameter and height gauge. Had to reprimer outside of assembly. Second attempt is messier than getting it right the first time!
