The plans suggest that accomodations be made to run wiring thru the wings for things like Nav Lights, Pitot Heat, Angle of Attack Warning Device, Etc. 3/4" diameter holes needed to be drilled thru each rib between the two largest lightening holes. I made a quick and dirty little jig to insure that the holes in each rib were uniform and lined up. I drilled small pilot holes then enlarged each to 3/4" with a step drill. While working with this jig, I also made the 3/4" holes in the right wing ribs to save time. All new holes were deburred and the Right Wing Ribs were primed.
