Brief Description:	Elevator Trim Wiring Modification
I replaced the original connection (Butt Splices and Shink Tubing) with a Molex connector. Then I slipped a large piece of shrink tubing over the connection and secured each end with tie wraps. The result should be quite weatherproof.
