I decided to add more ceiling lights. I recieved new AN3-5A bolts (w washers and lock nuts) to install on the Horizontal Stabilizer. The original torque wrench I bought was defective and I snapped a couple of the bolts (See 10/26/18). Setting needed to be 25 In/Lbs and the wrench didn't click or otherwise indicate reaching proper torque. I bought a new (and better) tool which worked very well. I will return the first one. HS is complete.
