Brief Description:	T410 Plate and Access Hole
The outboard T410 Reinforcement Plate was drilled for the outboard tank ribs using the T-905 holes as a drilling template. The T-407 Stiffener Ring was prepped and riveted with 12 platenuts to the inboard Left Tank Rib. The rib was cut with a flycutter to provide the large access hole.The T-708 Access Cover Plate was also prepped.
