The inventory took some time. Vans packs everything with industrial strength duct tape. Don't be surprised if your blue film on the parts comes off with it. I was only missing 6 screws from the entire inventory. Everything was undamaged and the manufacture of the parts were excellent. You won't be disappointed if you go with the RV-14
