Brief Description:	Fuse assembly - 102 - Rudder Linkage/ELT
Since the rudder was neutral, I measured and made up the links to connect to the pedals. I also noted the the bottom of the rudder will interfere if I ever switch to taildragger mode. I modified the rudder so the tailspring will not interfere. I also drilled and cleco'd the ELT tray in place.
