Brief Description:	Attaching the Empennage
Today I didn't make a whole lot of progress. I had to order some short threaded drill bits for my 90 degree drill so that I can final drill the holes in the HS splice angle. I can't get a #12 drill bit in the space and my #12 stubby drill bits aren't long enough to make it all the way through the material. I did drill the #30 holes and I drilled on #12 hole with my stubby bit. It made it almost all the way through but is just barely short.
