Brief Description:	Ensuring Quick Build is Complete
Today I began the process of verifying that the quick build fuselage is complete. I started going through the build manual step by step and verifying that each step has been done. I got to a step on page 8-10 that requires the installation of 12 bolts in the center section and, as expected, found that those had not been installed. There was a bag zip tied to the center section to remind builders to install these bolts. I installed and torqued them and applied torque seal to the bolts since I don't have access to torque seal the nuts. They were a pain to install but doable.
