Brief Description:	Rigging the Flaps
Today I repeated the steps from the 6th for the other flap. It didn't take as long because I had already made the bracket for the hinge pin. I also started figuring out how I am going to get my hands and a bucking bar inside the wing to rivet the bottom skins. It is going to be interesting!
