Brief Description:	Building the Flaps
I spent today working on the flaps. First I marked, clamped and then drilled the hinge to both flap spars. Then I moved on to match drilling the top skin. I also match drilled the FL-708 spacers in assembly with the top skin. I then removed the skins and fabricated the FL-706A brackets out of aluminum angle. I then match drilled the FL-706A and FL-706B to the left spar assembly.
