Brief Description:	Drilling Tank Skins
I spent today drilling all the rivet holes to final size on the right tank skin. I also drilled the spar attach screw holes to #19 and countersunk the T-701 to baffle holes to accomodate the AN426 rivets. Finally, I match drilled the rib to baffle to Z bracket holes #30. I also got a little bit ahead and made the two T-714 clips for the vent tube from scrap AS3-025.
