Tonight I finished dimpling the horizontal stabilizer skins with the C-frame dimpler. I had some trouble with the dies sticking but hit the male side briefly with a scotchbrite wheel and it fixed the problem. I also began drilling the vertical stabilizer. I clecoed the VS hinge brackets to the VS-803PP and VS-808PP doubler and then drilled the missing holes. I then prepared the VS-704, -705, -706 and -707 ribs by fluting and straightening the ones that needed it. I clecoed the ribs to the front and rear spars and then drilled all the required holes to #30. I clecoed on the VS-801PP skin and that was it for the night!
