Brief Description:    Rudder pedals and rigging
The past week I've been sick, so I didn't work out in the garage very much. I was able to install the rudder pedals and the cables. Cutting and drilling the phenolic went well (I'm used to working with phenolic - I like the stuff) so that was no problem. The installation of the pedals was uneventful.

Installing and rigging the cables was straightforward, although a pain to remove and reinstall the fairheads. Fabricating and installing the return springs was fairly easy too, but they don't seem to work worth a crap! The return springs are supposed to return both the rudder pedals to the center position when released, mine don't move either. I think they both need to be tightened. I was thinking that instead of attempting to shorten the springs, I'd just drill extra spring attachment holes in the forward brace to extend them. Looked at a couple of other builder sites and some of them had trouble with these springs too
