Brief Description:    Polishing the fuselage more
I spent the day today cleaning up odds and ends. The Throttle and Mixture control cables had too much movement and would rub on the cowling and the exhaust, so I made a little bracket that bolts to the engine that holds both control cables securely. I also fiber glassed and bolted a piece of aluminum to cover two holes that were drilled in the wrong place on the firewall. These, plus a few other minor corrections took a few hours.

After the odds and ends were fixed, I spent the rest of the day polishing. Although, at the end of the day I broke the polisher wheel that attaches the polishing pads to the polisher. It just couldn’t stand the gaff. I’m going to try gluing and then fiber glassing this wheel and see if I can still use it.
