Brief Description:	Weighted the plane
Today, I spent most of the day putting the wings back on and weighing N292SX. I was unable to find any scales talking to my pilot friends, so I used my bathroom scale. Fortunately, this scale is digital and is supposed to be far more accurate than your typical scale. I measured each of the wheels 5 times and averaged the results. All the results for each wheel were within 3 pounds. What I measured was 319.5 pounds for the right wheel, 310 for the left wheel and 33.5 for the tail wheel, for a grand total of 663 pounds. When I compared my weight with the listing of other Sonexs (from the files section at Sonextalk Yahoo groups), with an Aerovee and a tail wheel, I am right in the middle. Of the nine planes weighted, 4 where heavier and 5 were lighter. Considering I added a few pounds with the flip-back canopy, I should be fairly pleased with the weight. When I finished with that I cleaned upi the garage - first time in a long time.
