Brief Description:	Vertical stabilizer framework work
Completed the framework for the vertical stabilizer. It is now ready for skinning. When assembling the framework, don't install the bracket made out of angle, because it is in the way when drilling to attach the rest of the framework. Probably should wait until the skin is applied before bolting on that bracket.
