Completed angle parts SNX-T12-05 and T03-03 (2) After the workshop, I took home the plans and the aluminum angle bundle so I could make angle parts while I wait for the kit to be delivered. Tonight I made my first airplane part: SNX-T12-05, Angle. After the T03-03's were finished I started to work on SNX-T03-02 the main spar fitting, but I broke my band saw blade. Good thing I did, because when I went to the web site I found out that they now include both the forward and main spar fittings for the tail with the kit. I would have spent a couple of hours making a part that is included in the kit. Will go and get a new (wider) blade for the band saw. Fortunately, I think Sonex includes enough extra material so I won't have to buy replacement angle for what I cut up tonight.
