Brief Description:	Empannage work
Today was spent sort of tidying up the empannage. Riveted the fiberglass rudder bottom after priming it. I also primed the upper and lower empannage gap seals. Installed the tail/strobe light. I also sikaflexed two plexiglass windows in the elevator horn access covers, right and left. This will make for easy inspection during preflight. Tested all the lights and adjusted landing lights. I will recheck the the landing lights some night after dark.
