Brief Description:	Rudder and HS tips
Fitted and installed the Rudder upper fiberglass tip and bottom cover. Also installed metal ring for taillite nav/strobe, which makes light removal much easier. Also fitted the VS tip; then did the initial fiberglass work to close up the tip. This will be finished to give a good clearance between the tip and the rudder.
