Brief Description:	Removed TE Clecos then replaced them!!
I was hoping to get the Rudder progressed today, however, as I removed the clecos from the rudder TE, it became obvious that the Proseal was not yet set. I checked my standalone sample and it was also still not dry, only skinned. At this stage, it has been setting for more than 3 days at a reasonable temperature, so I am somewhat flumoxed as to what has happened. Part of the TE poped open when I had removed the clecos. The proseal itself is soft still. It is well mixed, so I dont know what is happening. I reclecoed it and have put a couple of garage lights on to it with the hope that it will dry in the next couple of days. Meanwhile I continue on the HS. It worked 8)
