Brief Description:	Riveting the Spar Doublers
The attachment of the doublers went well. The task is made all the easier by the fact that they cdan all be done using the pneumatic squeezer. I make a small addition to the plans here to include the static bonding attachment points. These replace one of the rivets attaching the doubler. In this scenario, the AN470AD4-4 is replaced by a #8 screw and two AN470AD3-4 rivets. A good safe trade off. The attachment pooints are on the outermost doubler on each of the elevators.
