Brief Description:	Redo L rib and Inner Attach Angles
Found I mis-drilled the L inner leading edge rib and attach strip. Correction put holes too close together. Ordered new, edge finished and straightened piece, re-fit and re-drilled. Also found mis-fit outer tank attach angles. Ordered new, re-fabricated and re-installed.
