Brief Description:	Installed Top Stiffeners
Installed top stiffeners (see right elevator for technique). One rivet was troublesome as the holes was misshapen during dimpling. At the end of the day, I installed an OOPS rivet which seemed to solve the issue. Also, I riveted the counterbalance ribs together and clecoed the counterbalance skin to the counterbalance ribs.
