Riveted root rib and counterbalance assembly to elevator skin. The trouble rivet is located inside the leading edge. The best approach is to craft a bucking bar which will fit in the small area between the leading edge and the counterbalance assembly. I determined that the small end (socket end) of a socket extension works best. Finally, cleaned up the skin and set it aside to work on the left skin. Counterbalance has a few scratches; however, nothing a little paint prep will not fix!
