Brief Description:	Continued Rudder Prep and Started Assembly
Completed prep of second skin. Also, drilled (#12), dimpled (#10 screw dimple) and countersunk (#12 countersink) counterweight and rib.Additionally, per the instructions, I drilled and dimpled the 3 aft fiberglass tip holes. Began assembly tonight. Riveted together lower portion of spar!
