Brief Description:	Continued Rudder Prep
Painted structure items which were prepped yesterday. Also, deburred and dimpled counter weight skin. Additionally, I strategically removed plastic (soldering iron), deburred holes, dimpled holes (squeezer), painted interior surfaces and removed plastic from interior surfaces of one skin. Lesson Learned -Use file on uneven edges. Use the special tools from Avery is an absolute trainwreck! -When deburring the thin skins, use 1/2 turn per side
