Brief Description:	Attach Skin to Spar of Right H/S
Began process of attaching skin to spar of horizontal stabilizer. First major problem of the build occurred this evening. Combination of mis-aligned tab and incorrect bucking procedure created a bent tab. I will send pictures to technical advisor and Van's to determine a fix. Also, we riveted the remaining spar rivets. Lessons Learned: -Any -3 rivet longer than 4, I need to buck. Additionally, all -4 rivets need to be bi=ucked by me. -If you need to remove a rivet that includes a tab, use a piece of wood to hold the tab when punching the rivet out. In other words, tabs bend easily -Use slow, electric drill to drill out rivets -When touch-up painting, do not spray close (paint will "bunch-up")
