Cut backing strip to fit inside fiberglass wingtip. Marked rivet lines and rivet holes on outside of fiberglass tip. Clamped strip inside fiberglass tip and drilled holes to #32, fastened with clecos. Drilled holes out to #30 and countersunk fiberglass tip. Glued and flush riveted strip to inside of fiberglass tip. |
