Brief Description:	Step 4 Dimpling ribs
Marked all holes in the root rib and nose rib that shouldn't be dompled. Dimpled #40 holes in the VS - 702 Front Spar, VS-704 root rib, VS-705 nose rib using pneumatic squeezer with reduced diameter female die. Two front holes on VS-706 Tip rib had to be bucked with die because of tight tolerances.
