Brief Description:	Step #1 Inboard hinge brakets
Drilled out HS -911 hinges with 1/8" drill on the drill press to remove excess powder coating in the holes. Clecoed VA-106 flange bearing between the two HS -911 Inboard Hinge Brakets and reamed with #30 reamer. Final drilled #12 4 holes in the flanges. Disassembled, debured and scuffed powder coating of the hinges. and reassembled.
