The plans called for 3" pulley however I had a 2-1/2" one and went with it. Still plenty of radius for a smooth cable operation. The pulley bracket is made from a 1-1/8" x .035" 4130N tube with an integrated cable safety strap welded on which also supports the pulley. Ran string lines to check for alignment and places where I would need to attach cable fairleads to the fuselage. We have full and free movement of the control column.
