Brief Description:	Rib build
All the gussets (884) were cut from 0.8mm ply using scissors and then numbered and bagged according to the numbers I had written on the plan. With the individually numbered and batched gussets and spruce sticks right at hand, rib building was a cinch. Using Titebond III, apply glue to both sides of a joint, upper and lower corresponding gusset, clamp and repeat 17 times per rib. 40 minutes max! Let dry and lift rib from jig. Zero staples to pull. Build 26 ribs.
