Brief Description:    No room to assemble tank
In trying to lay out the work to begin sealing and assembling the right tank, I found that I would finally have to stop and clean the bench of tools, parts, literature from Oshkosh last July, and other assorted stuff. Also, looking at the finished left wing, I noticed that the two hinge loops that I had marked for removal were still in place, so I took an old hacksaw blade, turned it so it cut on the pull stroke instead of the push, trimmed them off and smoothed the cut surface. This allows the flap hinge pins to be inserted from and retained in the center of the hinge.

Then, I bit the bullet and started putting stuff away and trashing about 2/3 of the Oshkosh literature that I had picked up in July. This finally left me a clear bench to work on, now all I need is some time to get into it.
