Brief Description:    Still fitting the right tank
Got to put in some serious time on the tank today. After removing the right leading edge, the inner fuel tank rib was accessible for drilling. After drilling the rib to the baffle and mounting bracket, I went ahead and drilled out all the skin to rib, skin to spar, and skin to baffle holes. Then, leaving the two end ribs clecoed to the baffle, I removed the tank skin with the interior ribs, thus giving access to drill the baffle to all the interior attach angle brackets, with the two end brackets locating the baffle perfectly.

Then, I clecoed the skin and interior ribs back on, and machine countersunk the skin holes that rivet to the baffle. The lock nut loosened on the microstop countersink tool, allowing some of the countersunk holes to be a little deeper than I want, but they still appear to be tolerable.
