The next step in the instructions is to dimple the skins, but I decided to scuff the skins first. It is a really easy job with the Taylor DA sander/scotchbrite pad, but after dimpling the dimples will really tear up the pad. The picture shows how the sander takes the sheen right out of the surface and leaves a 'tooth' for the primer to adhere to. Picture: DSC03518 |
