After checking other builder logs, I figured out which holes to drill and dimple in the F-1018-L/R and F-1015A-L/R pieces. I clecoed those pieces along with F-1021-L/R to the side skins and drilled the appropriate holes to #40 and the 5 holes #30 for the F-1099H.
